Returns
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at store e-mail address.
- In accordance with global retail industry standards and due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges of regular priced skincare products and cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds (if applicable) must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and calculated after subtraction of included shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
- To be eligible for a return (if applicable), your item(s) must be unused, unopened and remain exactly in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packing.
- Your item must be sent back to the address that Shoppenia customer service provides you via e-mail. The items shall be shipped in original packaging to the address of the main supplier we provide for the fastest results. (e.g. Nanotium Nanotechnology Ltd / Nanotium Nano Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. and its address will be provided for Nanotium Skincare Products).

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs included in the price are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you bought the item on a free shipping promotion you are still subject to cover the necessary shipping on the item.
Order Changes and Cancellation
Upon purchase, we’ll give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes (sale items are not subject to the option of canceling). Any time beyond that, your order will already be processed and being prepared for shipping, therefore order changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hrs.
Damaged/Missing Items
If your order of a regular priced item arrived damaged or contained missing items for some reason, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement ASAP. Please contact our support team to make the Damaged/Missing Item Claim. When you email us, please make sure to write Damaged/Missing Item Claim in the subject section of your e-mail so we can take all necessary actions as soon as possible!
Sample Scenarios
"My tracking information says delivered but I haven't received it yet." If we’ve confirmed with the post office and shipping carrier that the item has been delivered with a specific date, time and location, we are not responsible for missing items upon delivery.
If our shipping carrier or post office cannot confirm the item was delivered, you need to contact us and report it. We will then make the arrangements to send you another product or refund as soon as possible upon completion of our investigation.
If the package is delivered to the same address that the buyer provides us and it is a wrong address entered by mistake such as a typo, wrong city or street, Shoppenia cannot be held responsible for such mistake. However, we always like to take care of our customers, so if this mistake is to happen on your behalf, we can work with you to ensure you still get your item at the same discounted rate! However, this is at our customer support team's discretion, so please double-check the shipping address whenever you insert your information at checkout. If you feel or recognize that you have made an address error please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so we can have it taken care of prior to processing the order.

Refunds
Once we receive your item(s) only in accordance with all the conditions and manners stated above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time. We will only initiate a refund to the same payment method used to make your purchase. Once the credit is processed, it will generally reflect in your payment account within 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and if no problems arise during the transaction.
